Swordfish Recipes







Japanese Grilled Marinated Swordfish



1/2 cup Sesame oil
1 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
2 tb Garlic; minced
2 tb Fresh ginger; minced
3 tb Crushed red pepper flakes

4 Swordfish steaks - about 8 oz. each (1-inch thick)
Olive oil

Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Marinade the fish steaks for at least 1/2 hour.

Remove from marinade and lightly dip them in the vegetable oil. Set the steaks on the grill and cook them 5-7 minutes on each side. Brush with the marinade and serve.
