Duck Basted with Honey and Curry

Ingredients

1 Duck -- 2-3 lb.
Salt
Pepper
1 Onion
2 Cloves
1 cup Honey
2 tablespoons of Curry powder

Salt and pepper the inside of the bird. Place cloves into the onion and put into duck cavity. Roast the duck for one hour at 325 degrees. Baste several times for the next half hour with honey/curry mixture.
